Stories have always been bigger than entertainment to me—they’re how we remember people, preserve moments, and bring communities together.
I’m Tarrell DeLoach, an independent filmmaker, director, screenwriter, cinematographer, photographer, actor, and founder of CiNO Productions.
Born and raised throughout Los Angeles County, I grew up during the ’90s and early 2000s in an environment that shaped the stories I tell today—authentic, emotional, unconventional, and rooted in community.
Raised by a single mother alongside my older brother and younger sister, I developed resilience, creativity, and a deep appreciation for storytelling. Watching my mother work behind the scenes in entertainment introduced me to casting, production, and filmmaking long before I realized it would become my career.
My grandmother inspired my visual storytelling through photography, scrapbooks, and preserving family memories, teaching me that every image has a story worth remembering.
Before directing, I worked in front of the camera, appearing in projects including Just Jordan, Kool-Aid, Russell Athletic, NFL.com campaigns, and more. Those experiences continue to shape how I work with actors today.
I later studied Fine Arts in Georgia and continued my filmmaking education through the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Today, CiNO Productions develops original feature films, television series, documentaries, podcasts, commercials, and branded content from Las Vegas, Nevada.
